Well I get by, from time to time. and I cast my eyes to those city lights those city lights. I crack a smile, as I take flight, and hold my breath into those endless nights, these endless nights.
Shut your mouth and show me blue eyes. lets get it up and get on out here. even if its just for now or for the summer.
Go on and take it, it's not about me. We've got a chance, so let's set our selves free. So take my hand and lets run into a better life. Wipe off those tears and let your self go, and get back on it and let your self roam. if not now, than when will you ever?
Don't you think that these city lights could guide us back home; if we loose our way?
